Through this agreement, inConcert will be Convertia's digital marketing and contact center technology provider.
Convertia and inConcert have entered into an agreement whereby inConcert, a leader in contact center solutions for Latin America, will provide Convertia with cloud technology, professional services for the implementation of special projects and 24x7 technical assistance from its operations centers in Barcelona, Madrid and Mexico City. This technology will enable Convertia to provide lead and customer acquisition services through its unique digital lead generation and omnichannel sales closing methodology in the contact center.

Julio Guridi, Marketing Director of inConcert, highlights the renewal of the inConcert suite in the second quarter of 2016. "We have released a renewed version of inConcert, a suite specialized in modeling and optimizing marketing and sales processes in organizations. Being natively integrated with our contact center platform, inConcert becomes the only solution on the market that supports a comprehensive end-to-end marketing-sales strategy - from media placement to closing the sale in the call center, including lead tracking and enrichment," says Guridi.
The service platforms will be delivered by inConcert on December 23, 2016 and will gradually come into operation during the first quarter of 2017.
