On October 21 and 22, Bogotá hosted the 17th edition of the Customer Experience Summit, organized by BPro, the Colombian BPO Association. Adapting to the new normality, the CX Summit 2020 was virtual, organizing digital spaces for academia and interaction on the latest trends in Customer Experience. The CX Summit 2020 was focused on sharing a Perfect Vision of the Customer Experience to build better service scenarios, targeting the technological evolution of companies. The future of work, connected employees and new technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain were some of the topics addressed. Digital operations, diversity, creativity and productivity were also discussed, allowing the customer to always be at the center of the vision and activity of companies.
The event was attended by companies from different sectors: Services, Commerce, Financial, Retail and BPO's, among others. The virtualization of the meeting did not prevent it from consolidating once again as one of the most important CX meetings in Latin America.
