Convertia announced this June the launch of a new project in Ecuador, initiating its strategic alliance with one of the leading companies in the telecommunications industry across the continent. Convertia will provide digital demand generation services through digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel sales in its Contact Center.
Through this alliance, the company seeks to boost the positioning of the telecommunications company in Ecuador and increase sales of its Mobile, Technology and Home products through digital channels.
