Convertia announces the opening of its operation in Chile, as well as a new Contact Center in the city of Valladolid, Spain.

The company, which specializes in helping organizations on their way to Digital Transformation by solving problems and automating business processes with technology, thus ratifies its growth strategy in Latin America, with headquarters also in Madrid, Mexico City and Bogota.

Convertia's new Contact Center in Valladolid has a space of approximately 300m2 and a capacity of more than 50 positions to support the operation of new and existing customers. In this way, it complements an operation of more than 800 positions in a total of 5 contact centers in Spain, Colombia (where there are two centers), Mexico and Peru. It is a firm step in the company's expansion in Spain, as Valladolid is the capital of the Castilla y León region, connected to the city of Madrid by high-speed train, just one hour away.

The main objective of this growth is to have local presence and proximity to customers and strategic allies, giving room to expand the team to support market demand. Like Convertia's other contact centers, the Contact Center in Valladolid will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, using its specialized software in Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience, in cloud - on demand format.

This year also saw the birth of Convertia Chile, with the intention of having a local presence in that country, where the Customer Experience industry is growing steadily. One of the company's corporate objectives is to support companies in that region to improve their Digital Transformation and CX strategies.

"This growth is due to the trust of our customers and the commitment of Convertia's talent to deliver better results every day", comments Paolo Boni, CEO of Convertia, "This motivates us and commits us to be at the forefront, through innovation and creativity. And thus contribute to improve the Customer Experience globally and face the challenges that lie ahead".
