The digital event organized by the ITM brought together specialists and leading companies in the Customer Experience industry.
Last July 13th and 14th took place the second edition of the Digital CX Forum, an online event organized by the IMT (Mexican Institute of Teleservices). Convertia participated as a sponsor of this meeting that brought together speakers and reference companies to address the topic of Customer Experience.
"In these times of uncertainty caused by Covid-19, at ITM we believe it is very important to stay connected and foster collaboration between the different players in the Customer Experience Industry," said the organization about the event, where virtual conferences focused on the best practices to adapt to the new normal and provide an optimal customer experience.
In addition to expert talks and workshops, the Digital CX Forum included networking spaces and a virtual expo where leading companies in the field shared technologies that are transforming the current contact center scenario. In its networking sessions, Convertia demonstrated its innovative marketing and sales solution, with a total participation of 150 people.
